How often do you change you sheets?
NEW FIGURES HAVE revealed that the average young single man changes his sheets four times a year.
That’s every three months.
THREE MONTHS!
The research, carried out by Ergoflex and reported in Metro UK, also found that single women change their sheets 26 times a year – that’s every two-and-a-half weeks.
The three-monthers were usually to be found in the 18-25 year make age bracket, while people in relationships were the most frequent sheet changers, sweating it out every 2.3 weeks.
Of the ‘four times a year’ gang, 20 per cent simply didn’t think they needed to do it more often, while 19 per cent didn’t care.
How about you? What’s your style when it comes to clean linen?
Be truthful now, we won’t tell anyone…
