Charlie Sheen accidentally tweets phone number to 5.5 million followers

The tiger-blooded actor was apparently trying to send a direct message to Justin Bieber. Yes, really.

Charlie Sheen and Justin Bieber? Who knew?

Given his er, erratic behaviour of the past year, it’s somewhat surprising to find that Charlie Sheen was trying to get in touch with the most clean-living teenage popstar in the world.

The colourful actor sent a message on Twitter to J-Biebs asking the young singer to call him.

Unfortunately for Sheen however, instead of sending the phone number as a private direct message, he tweeted it – so any of his 5.5 million followers on Twitter could see it.

“310-954-7277. Call me bro. C,” the tweet read, according to Mashable.

The tweet has since been deleted and the phone number has been disconnected.

Fans immediately retweeted the tiger-blooded actor’s tweet.

According to the New York Post, immediately after sending the tweet Sheen’s phone went into “meltdown” as people who had seen the tweet tried to ring him.

It is not known exactly why Sheen was trying to get in touch with Bieber. The possibilities seem… endless.

The former Two and a Half Men actor was the highest paid actor on American television before his much-publicised firing from the show earlier this year.
