Someone has taken the Cheerio Challenge to the next level with their pet lizard

THE CHEERIO CHALLENGE has taken off across the internet in the last few days – and it’s simply adorable:

Parents try to stack as many Cheerios as they can on their sleeping baby. The natural conclusion of this was that non-parents would want to get involved too.

So someone successfully completed the challenge with their pet lizard last night

And the little guy has gone viral.

nhgoalstop uploaded the little cratur to Imgur last night and he’s been viewed over a million times already.

Given the lizard looks just a little bit fake, there’s been video evidence of him in his natural habitiat posted as well:

The Cheerio Challenge has moved beyond just parents – and after only four days of internet fame.
