SO ONE OF the most talked-about gigs of the year went off like a bit of a damp squib last night after Christ Brown swept into Dublin, performed, and scuttled out again.
Very little is being said about the actual quality of Brown’s performance, with the most attention directed towards his choice of hat, and unconfirmed reports that he said that Dublin is his favourite city in the UK.
This is being refuted by people who say there were there though:
To be fair, he wouldn't be the first to make that kind of mistake.
Either way, Brown has long since scarpered on to Amsterdam for his next show. He'll love that.
There had been rumours that Rihanna would be joining him in Dublin, but she was otherwise engaged.
