IT WAS A very Irish Graham Norton show last night, with Niall Horan and Chris O’Dowd repping us on the sofa.
Niall appeared to promote his music, while Chris appeared to be slightly half-cut when promoting his new Netflix mockumentary, Mascots.
It all started with some Mullingar chat
Niall admitted his first solo effort, This Town, is an kinda an ode to the Westmeath town.
It’s sort of about Mullingar, it has a double meaning. The town part of it, everything comes back to you, no matter how far you travelled you get to go home and be yourself, but there is the female aspect too.
It’s obviously about shifting in the graveyard.
But what makes Mullingar so special?
The guards still take him home after a night out.
Graham then told fellow guest Amy Adams that she couldn’t look more Irish in this photo of her sculling a pint
GRAHAM.
But it was Chris O’Dowd slapping Niall on the arse as he got up to perform that really sealed the deal
Hon the lads.
If things didn’t get Irish enough, Chris told a story about how Shane McGowan mistook him for a waiter
