The Christmas lights are up in Dublin!

‘Tis (nearly) the season.

IT’S OCTOBER 14TH and we can already start to feel the festive chill.

So, to balance out the cold weather, Wicklow Street in Dublin saw the warm glow of the Christmas lights last night:

Spotted by Darragh Doyle just off Grafton Street, it looks like it will be another month until they’re officially turned on. But they’ll still be there for all to see from now on.

For some people, this is delightful news

But for others, we all need to catch a hold of ourselves

And what about Halloween?

Halloween, the forgotten national holiday? Surely not.
