FESTIVE TELLY IS kind of letting the side down this Christmas – with Elf not being shown anywhere in December and a rake of other favourites ominously missing from the RTÉ Guide.
Luckily though, there’s loads of cinema screenings to keep us going:
Elf, The Light House cinema in Dublin this Saturday
And on the 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd too.
This outdoor screening of Love Actually in Temple Bar, Dublin hosted by 98fm
The Muppet Christmas Carol at the Triskel Arts Centre in Cork from December 16th-23rd
It’s A Wonderful Life at the same venue on the same days
And will also be shown in the Cultural Centre in Letterkenny on December 23rd
The Lunaflics Outdoor Drive-In Cinema in Kilkenny will be showing Home Alone 2 on Saturday night
And Frozen, Elf and The Wizard of Oz over the course of this weekend
E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial in The Sugar Club in Dublin next Wednesday
Classic.
A showing of Santa Claus: The Movie on December 21st in the Light House
And The Polar Express on December 19th
Die Hard will also be screened there on December 14th at 8pm
And Love Actually a couple of days in the run up to Christmas
Home Alone is being shown tomorrow night in Odeon Cinemas around Ireland
Waterford, Limerick, and all the Kildare and Dublin branches.
Daily screenings of How The Grinch Stole Christmas at Winterval in Waterford
The Wexford Winter Wonderland’s Indoor Pop-up Cinema will be showing Home Alone, Elf and Miracle on 34th Street this weekend
SIMPLY HAVING.
