IT’S BEEN 23 years since Cher Horowitz and her group of privileged classmates taught us a thing or two about the merits of tardiness, what it does and doesn’t say on the Statue of Liberty and whether or not you should wear a wrist watch with an Alaia.
And now the powers that be in Hollywood feel it’s time for a remake.
While 90s kids can still quote the original verbatim, writers and producers are apparently more than ready for the remake.
According to numerous reports, Glow writer Marquita Robinson will be at the helm while Girls Trip writer is set to produce.
Oh, and it is not yet established whether any of the original cast will reprise their roles in the film or make a cameo.
