CHRIS MARTIN IS well known for putting on an interactive show for Coldplay fans. A few weeks ago, he let one fan in Munich come up on stage and play all of Everglow on piano while he sang.
Last night in at their gig in Croke Park, Chris Martin spotted a man called Rob crowd-surfing in his wheelchair.
The crowd erupted when Chris decided to call Rob up on stage.
Fans screamed “Fair play to you!” as Chris pulled the man onto the stage.
He then introduced Rob, who is a personal trainer, to the crowd of almost 75,000 that were present at the concert. The story doesn’t enter there, however. Rob, like the fan in Munich who played piano, had come prepared. He was handed a harmonica and went on to help Chris Martin out on the next song.
Here’s the entire video.

Outside of the concert, it was clear that there’s a big Coldplay fan working at Dublin bus.
Their special warning for potential delays caused by the concert included a little Coldplay joke.
It was also spotted on the Dublin Bus Real-time signs outdoors.

Chris Martin also momentarily stole one fans phone to record the view from up on the stage.

She was clearly in total disbelief.
One lucky fan spotted Chris Martin walking down O’Connell street on the way to the cinema yesterday and he was kind enough to get in a selfie.
They filled Croke Park full of rainbow confetti.

What a show.
Unfortunately, not every aspect of the concert was positive.
Someone threw a bottle at Coldplay’s guitarist Jonny Buckland. Coldplay haven’t addressed the incident on their Twitter account, so it’s probably not too serious, but fans who witnessed it were pretty angry. One turned the situation into a classic Taken meme.
You hear that bottle throwers? Liam Neeson’s after you.
