KATIE TAYLOR HAS claimed her first world title as a professional boxer, beating defending champion Anahi Sanchez in Cardiff last night.
There to cheer her on was her fellow countryman Colin Farrell, who popped into the dressing room before the bout to say hi:

Farrell is a huge boxing fan, and gushed about Taylor’s technique to Sky Sports before the match.
“She’s an animal,” he said. “She is absolutely incredible.”
Joining him in wishing her well were President Michael D Higgins, her former teammate Stephanie Roche, Barry McGuigan, and WWE’s Sheamus:
Congratulations Katie! You’re doing us all majorly proud.
