Courtney Love has been accused of conspiracy to murder by her daughter's ex-husband

The allegations were filed at an LA court.

COURTNEY LOVE’S FORMER son-in-law, Isaiah Silva, is seeking unspecified damages after accusing the musician of a litany of charges including burglary, robbery, kidnapping, attempted murder, criminal threats, false imprisonment, extortion, stalking and trespass.

Silva, who was once married to Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain’s daughter, Frances Cobain, received a guitar which once belonged to the Nirvana frontman in their divorce settlement, and claims that his ex-wife’s mother tried to have him murdered in an effort to recover it.

According to legal documents, Silva is suing Love, her manager Sam Lufti, the actor Ross Butler, private investigator John Nazarian and the musician Michael Schenk following an incident in his home in June 2016.

The Eeries frontman alleges that Lutfi, Butler and another man, Yan Yukhtman, “entered into a criminal conspiracy to commit trespass, burglary, home invasion robbery, assault, battery, kidnapping, and murder’.

Silva claims the trio forced their way into his home, assaulted him and attempted to kidnap him, however they were unable to leave the property after a friend of Silva’s, who was present in the home, called the LAPD.

Silva alleges that the accused ‘hurriedly concocted a false story intended to prevent LAPD from arresting them’.

The musician, who filed a 329-page document on the incident to a Los Angeles court, claims that their intention was to murder him.

Love has not responded to the allegations.
