1993 WAS THE year of The Snapper and Niamh Kavanagh winning the Eurovision… but it was also the year of Culture Beat.
It’s hard to believe that Mr Vain is 20 years old, but it was one hell of a choon when it was first released.
We love that the female vocalist knew exactly what she wanted, and salute Mr Vain for also going under the names ‘Raider’, ‘Insane’ and ‘Wrong’.
The German duo have sold around 10 million records worldwide – not bad for a group that most of us thought was a one-hit wonder.
