SEX AND RELATIONSHIPS blogger Oloni put out a simple request on her Twitter account.
She wanted her female followers to ask their crush on a date, and post a screenshot of his response.
She called it the #DateChallenge. Easy, right?
Wrong. So very wrong. Surely we should all know by now that putting ourselves out there romantically can only have disastrous consequences. And yet she wants people to, not only go through the public humiliation, but then reveal all about it online?
Well, egg on my face, because a lot of people were more than willing to share.
Some of the interactions even went … Well?!
That’s some Extremely Wholesome™️ content, isn’t it?
But let’s be honest here – you’re not interested in that. You want to read about the peopel getting chewed up and spat out, right?
Look no further …
Not the ideal response, to say the least.
“No but can I shift your mate instead?”
It’s always important to say EXACTLY how you feel.
After rejection, there’s always room for pettiness. Always.
Some people did the deed and immediately regretted their actions because OF COURSE THEY DID.
In the words of Homer Simpson:
You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is, never try.”
