THE STORY THAT has got everyone talking today was the UK version of the Daily Mail’s front page story about David Beckham’s four year old daughter Harper.
The story questioned why she still needed to use a dummy at that age – with some expert advice backing it up by saying she was too old for a soother.

And tonight Becks himself has taken to Instagram to call out the controversy
In just one hour, his passionate rebuttal to the experts and the story had over 350,000 likes. The message in full read:
Why do people feel they have the right to criticize a parent about their own children without having any facts ?? Everybody who has children knows that when they aren’t feeling well or have a fever you do what comforts them best and most of the time it’s a pacifier so those who criticize think twice about what you say about other people’s children because actually you have no right to criticize me as a parent …
