IN THE DAYS after David Bowie’s death, fans flocked to leave tributes around a mural of the legendary musician in Brixton, London.
Earlier this week, a similar mural popped up in Sheffield – and it’s been getting a lot of attention since BBC Sheffield posted it on social media.
The people of the town are not particularly happy with this depiction of Bowie, saying it looks more like TV presenter Pat Sharp (who actually posed beside it like a champ):

And of course, the infamous Ecce Homo disaster:
Trik09, the artist behind the mural, has spoken out about the ‘haters’, telling BBC Radio Sheffield that he’s actually rather chuffed with the negative attention.
