EARLIER THIS YEAR, a mouthy 13-year-old named Danielle Bregoli achieved worldwide fame after a clip of her appearance on Dr. Phil went viral.
In the clip, the teenager can be heard saying, “Catch me outside, how about that?”
Shortly afterwards, Bregoli became known as the “Cash Me Outside” girl, a moniker that she hasn’t been able to shake since.
Over the weekend, comedian and actor David Spade shared a photo of himself with Bregoli and wrote, “How bow dis. (@bhadbhabie is slightly underwhelmed to meet me). Unfortunately she stopped being famous 5 minutes before this was taken.”
Haw, haw, haw.
Quick reminder: this is a 52-year-old man mocking a 14-year-old teenager for not being famous, but exploiting her for Instagram likes. (Bregoli has over 9 million Instagram followers to Spade’s 784,000.)
Pretty thirsty behaviour, if you ask us.
Yesterday, Bregoli shared the image on her own Instagram and roasted Spade.
No lie, I thought dis guy was the waiter
You know why she might have confused him for the waiter? Because she’s a 14-year-old child and David Spade hasn’t exactly done anything notable in her lifetime unless you count his Razzie Award-winning performance in Jack & Jill.
Imagine being 52 years old and “destroying” a child on Instagram.
Might be time to heed her advice and go outside, tbh.
