EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.
Kim Kardashian had an excellent response to someone on Twitter calling her self-absorbed. She genuinely has a great sense of humour and nobody ever notices? Unfair!
Anyway, a fan of Keeping Up With The Kardashians tweeted the following question/observation:
For Kim, the answer was pretty simple.
Like, why bother getting mad when it’s true? Inspiring work from Mrs West.
Chris O’Dowd took wife Dawn O’Porter to a cat café for her birthday, which is really the ideal gift for any cat lover.
Dawn turned 39 yesterday, and wrote on Instagram that Chris brings her to a cat café every year:
This guy. Who brings me to the cat café every year for my birthday and pretends it’s all for me. We met nine years ago today. In cat years that’s a lifetime and I wouldn’t have spent it with anyone else.
LOOK AT ALL THOSE KITTENS! And the lovey-dovey message too, we suppose.
The couple marked their fifth wedding anniversary last year, and have two sons, Art and Valentine. Adorable.
Darren Aronofsky, lately the boyfriend of Jennifer Lawrence, has been spotted cosying up to another young one.
The Mother! director (48) was seen with British model and actress Suki Waterhouse (26) at Sundance film festival – Suki was previously in a relationship with Bradley Cooper, who is a frequent co-star and pal of Jennifer Lawrence. Incestuous!
J Law reportedly broke up with Aronofsky because of the age difference, and also because she was sick of him obsessing over bad reviews:
I’d come back to the hotel and the last thing I want to talk about or think about is the movie, and he comes back and that’s all he wants to talk about. I was doing double duty of trying to be a supportive partner while also being like, “Can I please, for the love of God, not think about Mother! for one second?”
Anyone who has seen the film will probably be just a bit disturbed by the sight of him replacing one young, blonde actress with another. But say naaaathin. (Daily Mail)
