YOU MAY NOT  have known this, but Ellen DeGeneres basically rules the world at this stage.

She has cornered the gas YouTube video market, a well as the feel-good factor and funny celebrity interviews, but that is just not enough for her.

Now she has entered the world of smartphone apps via her game Heads Up.

Here she is introducing the game on her show.  It looks like good fun!

We’re kind of disappointed she didn’t even attempt the Irish accent, because that would probably have been gas.

However, there is an Irish perspective on this, as a group of DCU students decided to take Heads Up to the extreme and play it at the top of Croagh Patrick.

They made a video of their effort and sent it to Ellen, who promptly posted it on her Facebook page (which is liked by more than ten million people).
