EARLIER THIS YEAR, we asked readers to send in some of their most ridiculous stories about their driving tests and you guys did not disappoint. Remember this one?
Got in the car, drove off, realised I was doing about 39mph and immediately thought I’d failed for exceeding the speed limit. Totally relaxed me, as I just assumed I was buggered. Passed the test, so I went back and checked the road. It has a 40mph limit.

Not everything goes as miraculously well as it did for the person who submitted that story. Nerves can get to even the best of drivers once they start worrying about the thoughts of paying to repeat the test.
We all know somebody who got it the second or third time around, and maybe even someone who passed on their fourth attempt. We’re curious. How did you do?
