THE ARGENTINA FOUNDATION for liver transplants heartwarming organ donor PSA is going viral for dehydrating a world through tears.

The ad follows an elderly man and his dog over a few days, until the man is taken into hospital.

His loyal companion waits outside for his return, but the person who comes out isn’t quite what he was expecting…
