Domhnall Gleeson was beaten by Max from Eastenders in a Weird Crush of 2018 poll

A more coveted prize than a golden statuette.

PETER RABBIT STAR Domhnall Gleeson has narrowly missed out on becoming Heat Magazine’s Weird Crush of 2018.

The actor came in 13th, with the magazine describing his roles playing “a bumbling idiot in About Time and a ruthless general in Star Wars”.

We are all kinds of attracted to Dom (!) and his Irish charm.”

Domhnall beat out stiff competition from the likes of Ezra Miller, Ty Burrell, Dennis Quaid … And Rocket the Raccoon from Guardians Of The Galaxy.

He was pipped to the post for the number one spot by none other than … Max from Eastenders.

Yep. Actor Jake Woods has actually won the vote for the fourth year running. Domhnall didn’t stand a chance.

Comedian Noel Fielding and presenter Philip Schofield rounded out the top three.
