LAST WEEK, WE told you about The Dough Bros, a beloved pizza institution in Galway City.
The lads behind the venture recently announced that they would be closing up shop on Upper Abbeygate Street.
Cue tears and heartbreak.

Fortunately for pizza lovers everywhere, the closure is only temporary and Dough Bros are set to open again on Friday September 2nd in their new premises at the old Pro Cathedral Building in Galway.
Yesterday, they shared a video illustrating their journey from street stall to local pizza institution.
We’ve been asked to cook our pizzas live on TV3. We’ve had world renowned chefs tell us it’s the best pizza they’ve ever had in their lives. We’ve gone from two lads in a street food truck to 23 people strong.
