This hands-on Dublin Bus driver helped a Mam boarding the bus in the best way possible

Absolutely wonderful.

ARE YOU READY to have your faith restored in humanity?

Last night, Veronica Walsh was travelling on the 16 bus when a woman boarded with a buggy.

As the woman in question folded the buggy on the bus, the driver hopped out and held the baby for her. Talk about brilliant customer service, eh?

Walsh told DailyEdge.ie that all the passengers on the bus were touched by the wonderful gesture and called it a “little warm fuzzy moment in the day”.

The bus went from everybody doing their own thing in a disconnected head-down-in-phones way, to big beaming smiles at each other and comments about how lovely the driver and the situation was. It was a little warm fuzzy moment in the day.

Some Twitter users have identified the driver in question as Mark Devereux, who was previously named Dublin’s Best Bus Driver by 98FM.

We can see why.
