Dublin's massive drive-in cinema is showing Titanic for Paddy's weekend

Along with some other stone cold classics.

REMEMBER LAST YEAR when the Retro Drive In screen launched in Dublin just in time for Halloween?

They played some classics like Hocus Pocus, The Lion King, Dirty Dancing and Scream on “the world’s biggest outdoor LED screen”:

Now they’re back for Paddy’s weekend and have a list of classic films including Titanic, Toy Story, Stand By Me and The Van on the slate:

There was a successful stint for the massive cinema in Cherrywood over Christmas too:

20 years on since its release, the main draw on the Saturday night looks set to be Titanic – and the organisers are going all out on it:

Every ticket issued for the Titanic Drive-in will be connected to a real passenger aboard the ill fated ship, complete with the passengers name, nationality and type of ticket.

You’d have to wonder if they’ll include tickets for Jack, Rose and Cal etc – or whether they will just stick with the actual passenger list from 1912.

Tickets cost €28 per car and all the schedule information can be found here.

“It’s a big screen, huh?”
