The singer was performing at Principality Stadium when he told the audience he “needed a pee”. When you gotta go, you gotta go – even if you’re Ed.
The first time he stopped the gig was after his performance of ‘Galway Girl’.
I’ve been gigging since I was 14 and I’ve never done that. And now I do it in front of 60,000 people.”
Three songs later in the middle of performing ‘Photograph’, he needed the loo again.

Last night’s show was Sheeran’s penultimate gig of the UK leg of his Divide world tour. He plays his fourth consecutive show at Principality Stadium tonight, marking him as the first artist to have four shows in a row at the venue.
