The album is called ‘Thank You & Goodnight’ and will be released on November 16th. It features songs written by Ed Sheeran and Gary Barlow, amongst others.

Their 25th anniversary/farewell tour will kick off at Belfast’s SSE Arena on January 23rd, 2019 before heading to Dublin’s 3Arena on January 24th.

‘Thank You & Goodnight’ is the boy band’s seventh album, and their first since 2014′s ‘Dublin To Detroit’. Must have escaped us, that one.

Taking to Instagram to make the announcement (very millennial), Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy made the announcement on Instagram:

The news is out and yes, it’s true: our new album will be the last for Boyzone. We’ve had twenty-five amazing years and we promise you that this will be our biggest and best year yet. Watch this space… #BZ25.”
