And today in Galway, there has been another development in the gag election poster story of 2016.

And they’re making bold promises
Uploaded to Twitter by Go Vote Ireland – a newly-formed group that seem to have the sole purpose of getting people to vote on Friday, while having a bit of craic.
Local hurling heroes are making late pitches for the Dáil apparently
Even Kanye seems to be up for it, if only to make a little cash at this difficult time
Of course, they aren’t real bids for office
But the posters have still stirred a bit of a laugh as the race nears the end
