ELTON JOHN CELEBRATES his 66th birthday today and continues to be one of the most entertaining people in showbiz.

Obviously Elton has many, many memorable songs and does plenty of high profile charity work.

9. The time there was a chocolate figure of him made.

In 2005, Elton John won a poll of the nation’s favourite personality so Cadbury made a life size chocolate figure of him.

10.  The only time Elton was ever upstaged

Elton performed Don’t Go Breaking My Heart with drag superstar RuPaul at the 1994 Brit Awards.

Towering over Elton in her high heels and even higher wig, it’s possibly the only time anyone has upstaged him.

The full performance is hilarious for how neither have any kind of microphone anywhere near them and just happily mime the song.
