On Friday, we watched James get down on one knee in front of his girlfriend Siobhan (and one seriously rowdy audience in the Late Late Show studio) before popping the big question in front of the nation.
While gearing up for the third instalment of the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise in Wexford’s Arc Cinema, attendees were left reeling when they realised a fellow cinema-go’er had decided to kick the evening off with a proposal.
Valentine’s Day came early to The Arc Cinema, Wexford when Vivian (Shalla) and Emma got engaged just before Fifty Shades Freed last night! He proposed using a video on our big screen… and she said yes. Congratulations and best of luck for the future from everyone at The Arc Cinema.
With the help of the silver screen and the good folk behind the cinema, Shalla paid tribute to his girlfriend, Emma, who looked utterly stunned when her boyfriend helped her to her feet, before proposing in person.
And yes, she did say yes.

A couple in Wexford got engaged before a Fifty Shades Freed screening over the weekend
IT WAS SOME weekend for proposals, people.
On Friday, we watched James get down on one knee in front of his girlfriend Siobhan (and one seriously rowdy audience in the Late Late Show studio) before popping the big question in front of the nation.
And on Saturday, a cinema in Wexford bore witness to yet another surprise proposal.
While gearing up for the third instalment of the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise in Wexford’s Arc Cinema, attendees were left reeling when they realised a fellow cinema-go’er had decided to kick the evening off with a proposal.
