The teenagers of Youthreach in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford have made this incredible piece of cinema to raise awareness of the dangers of smoking.

It’s racked up over 60,000 views since it was put up on YouTube last week, and features a host of classic horror characters banding together to get poor Denise to start smoking.

Will she resist? You’ll have to watch it and find out.

Chuckie: Well didye get her to smoke didye? If not give me one.
Scream: Listen doll, you’re too young to shmoke, go home.

The film is Youthreach Enniscorthy’s entry for X-HALE Youth Awards‘ short film competition, set up by the Irish Cancer Society to discourage young people from smoking.

If they don’t win, we’re staging a protest.
