LAST WEEK’S STORY about a Dublin man who was treated at Tallaght hospital after sustaining a seven-week-long erection has travelled around the globe.
The man had fallen off his mountain bike and suffered an injury known as a priapsim which meant he had an ongoing stiffy, which he endured for five weeks before finally heading to see a doctor.
The condition persisted for two more weeks before doctors took measures to return him to a… er… more relaxed state.
