Escaped chimp attacks US police car (video)
A 300-POUND CHIMP WHICH escaped from its owners home in Kansas city charged a police car with a bin before smashing the windscreen.
Witnesses told the Kansas City Star that the chimpanzee named Sueko ran around the neighbourhood for about 40 minutes before it walked back into its cage.
Neighbours in the following video called out to warn police that the chimp “knows how to open doors”:
Animal control authorities told Fox 4 News that the want to confiscate the animal. The news footage below shows the efforts made to re-capture the animal, including firing tranqulizers:
