DID YOU TAKE a little break during the Eurovision interval act last night? Head off to make some tea (or refill your wine glass)? You shouldn’t have.

You missed Justin Timberlake, yes, but also a rare moment of the Eurovision becoming self-aware.
Presenters Mans Zelmerlow (last year’s winner) and Petra Mede combined all the cliches to create the ultimate Eurovision performance, complete with a dramatic beginning:
