Poll: Which exercise do you dread the most during your work-out?
I GO THROUGH phases when it comes to the gym.

There are months when I attend classes regularly, pay for personal training sessions, and fall into the trap of thinking that I’ve finally cracked the whole damn thing.
And then there are times when just one particularly bad hangover means I will give myself carte blanch to skip the gym for a fortnight, and insist that my body needs time to recover from the hell I put it through.
And these phases aren’t just unique to my attendance either; they apply to my attitude to specific exercises as well.
There was a time when I’d do anything rather than squat, and months when I avoided the assault bike like the plague, only to find myself doing a complete 180 and embracing them as a vital (and enjoyable) part of my routine.
Naturally, I would then focus my dislike on other elements of my programme: push-ups, for example, will never be my friend, and while I might tolerate squats, squat jumps are my nemesis.
But what about you? Which of the following five exercises would you rather never do again?
