Man charged with assault after licking police officer's eyeball
THERE’S RESISTING ARREST, and then there’s resisting arrest.
Montana native Christopher Nicholas Hiatt has been charged with assault after licking the eyeball of a police officer who was attempting to arrest him.
According to The Smoking Gun Hiatt licked the eyeball outside the charmingly named Pisser’s Palace bar in Butte, Montana.
The Montana Standard reports that he had called police himself to report a theft, and when officers arrived they discovered that he had an outstanding arrest warrant. Oops.
