Unsettling Tumblr of the Day: Actual Facebook Graph Searches

Well, this is weird.

EARLIER THIS MONTH, Facebook launched a new feature called Graph Search.

The tool allows users to seek out likeminded friends – or, you know, enemies – by searching accounts by hobbies, interests and locations.

However, some (like Nick Douglas of Slacktory) were quick to point out that Graph Search allows some searches which are, frankly, creepy.

And now Tom Scott has compiled a Tumblr of actual Facebook graph searches which may make you feel a little uncomfortable. Or amuse you. Whichever.

You can see them all here – but we’ve picked a small selection:

1. Married people who like Prostitutes

You can also search for their spouses.

2. Mothers of Catholics from Italy who like Durex

3. Current employers of people who like Racism

4. Tesco employees who like Horses
