Photograher Delia D Blackburn took the photos and posted them on Facebook, saying:

Todd Bachman, the father of the bride, brought his daughter to the beginning of the aisle… He stopped the procession and walked up to his daughter’s stepfather. He grabbed Brittany’s stepfather and pulled him down the aisle to walk their daughter down the aisle together.

“NOT A DRY EYE at the ceremony, including me!” she wrote.

The photos have been shared over 473,750 times on Facebook, with many people commending Bachman for including his daughter’s stepfather in the special moment.

One user wrote:

So sad when people can’t put their kids first and work together for the good of the kids. What an awesome father to acknowledge the stepfather can love his daughter as much as he can and it not be a competition. His daughter will never forget that moment.

This whopper lunch receipt from a Dublin café has raised some eyebrows>
