Fiona Apple arrested for hash possession in same town as Snoop and Willie Nelson

The Texas town of Sierra Blanca has seen its fair share of celeb drug busts.

FIONA APPLE HAS been arrested after border police found a quantity of hash on her tour bus in the Texan town of Sierra Blanca.

It’s a busy checkpoint they have there in Sierra Blanca, which is a tiny town located in the middle of the Sonora desert, and Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg (sorry, Snoop LION) have previously fallen foul of agents there.

TMZ reports that Fiona Apple was arrested and held at Hudspeth County Jail. It’s thought she had been travelling from Arizona.

Check out one of Apple’s best known tunes… er… ‘Criminal’, which includs the lyric “what I need is a good defence”. Prophetic.
