LAST YEAR, AARON and Ibiba met on Channel 4′s First Dates and, like all the other couples, sat down for a semi-awkward dinner in front of a national television audience.
They got on really well and agreed that they would meet again.
Usually, nothing comes of such things and it’s never mentioned again. But this week, First Dates gave us an update on the couple… and it turns out they stayed together and three weeks ago Ibiba gave birth to their beautiful daughter.
Yesterday, First Dates shared their story from their first ever meeting and it’s just lovely
From the get go, they clearly had something special
Then they returned to the studio with some news
They revealed they were having a daughter
And yesterday they brought three-week-old Aziza into the This Morning studio to introduce her to the world
All three appeared with First Dates’ Fred on the couch across from Phillip and Holly
LOOK at them all together
Out for the count.
They both spoke about why they went on First Dates originally and how their incredible journey brought them little Aziza
Ahhhh.
It was nice for First Dates to see a story actually have a happy ending beyond the show itself
