There are now flying bicycles and you can fund them
CYCLING IS DEFINITELY popular across Ireland whether you zip around the city or take in the scenery of a weekend.
But soon you might be able to fly above it all while still being on your bike.
A UK design duo John Foden and Yannick Read have built a bike they are calling “the world’s first flying bicycle” that “transforms into an easy-to-operate aircraft requiring no licence to fly”.
They’ve set up a Kickstarter page for the project which includes this rather dramatic but undeniably impressive video:

According to the Kickstarter page the bike can be used for riding, towing, flying and to flamp whic means going camping with your flying bicycle.
Of course.
The pair also note on Kickstarter that “the internet is awash with personal flying machines” and indeed even last week a similar prototype was unveiled in Prague:

Soon enough we could be sailing over our cities with no need to worry about cycle lanes and the like.
Imagine.
