Here's the 2013 Forbidden Fruit festival line-up

Kasabian and Primal Scream will headline the two-day event in Dublin in June.

KASABIAN AND PRIMAL Scream will headline this year’s Forbidden Fruit festival in Dublin.

The two-day event, set to take place in the grounds of IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on June 1-2, will also feature sets from Chic, Crystal Castles, James Blake and Four Tet.

Irish acts including Le Galaxie, Fight Like Apes and Tieranniesaur will also perform. The festival organisers have said more acts are due to be announced.

Early bird tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9am, with day passes at €44.50 and weekend tickets €79.50.

Staged by POD promotions, Forbidden Fruit will compete with the new Longitude festival in Marlay Park on July 19-21, which is operated by MCD. Longitude announced a line-up headed by Kraftwerk, Phoenix and Vampire Weekend last week.

The full Forbidden Fruit line-up is:

Saturday June 1: Kasabian, Crystal Castles, James Blake, Neon Neon, Lee Scratch Perry, Iamamiwhoami, Le Galaxie, Fight Like Apes, Kormac’s Big Band, Tieranniesaur, Girls Names.

Sunday June 2: Primal Scream, Chic, Four Tet, Everything Everything, Woodkid, Austra, Daphni, Daughter, Cyril Hahn, Mykki Blanco, Bondax, New Jackson, Frank B.
