But would you take one for free, in exchange only for a little light housework?
That’s the offer being made by a 28-year-old man in Milltown.
Actually, it’s not an entire room, it’s a single bed on the floor.
But there’s “plenty of space”.
The ad on Gumtree reads:
Hi I’m offering free accommodation in return for companionship and light house work. You will have single bed on the floor [...] It is a great apartment in Milltown near to luas stop.
Why would you make such an offer, you ask?
I am nice guy and just alone in this foreign land and some company would be nice.
And what sort of a person are you looking for?
I’m 28 so someone around that age should apply with more about yourself and picture. Bed is available straight away.
