BACK IN THE summer of 1999, we were all feeling rather philosophical.

It was just a few months until the millennium dawned, we weren’t quite sure if the Y2K bug was going to cause the end of the world as we knew it… and the director Baz Luhrmann had brought out this chin-stroking ditty.

Containing the kind of erudite advice that your gran would dole out at the dinner table, we lapped it up like crazy. It still brings on a dose of the feels, if we’re brutally honest.
