LOCAL NEWS IS often a hotbed of hilarity due to the diverse range of people interviewed for the news, and reporters propensity for error.

Occasionally, though, it’s neither the subject of the interview or the reporter that make a moment magical.

Sometimes, it’s just someone in the background deciding to get involved. Or accidentally becoming involved.
