People are loving this Irish musician's mash up of the two Galway Girl songs
EARLIER THIS YEAR, it emerged that Ed Sheeran had a song on his new album called Galway Girl. Wait, THE Galway Girl?

After some digging, it was confirmed to us that the song was not in fact a cover of the Steve Earle/Mundy classic, but an original.
Sheeran’s version was finally released earlier this month, and fans of both songs had the same thought:
It was only a matter of time before the songs were brought together – and fittingly, it’s been done by a Galway musician.
John Gaughan of An Púcán pub worked the two tunes into each other to create probably the most Galway mashup ever:
