WE KNOW HOW you feel.

It’s a post-bank holiday Tuesday so do like we do here in TheJournal.ie HQ and get stuck into a serious debate on one of life’s most pressing issues.

Possibly.

This week: It’s barbecue season – and that means the eternal debate over whether it matters WHAT you cook your sausages on.

The main griddle riddle is whether you prefer gas or charcoal. Do you like it clean or smoky? What gives most flavour?
