A DOCUMENTARY TO be screened at Cannes this week will reveal a picture of a dying Princess Diana for the first time.
The Daily Mail reports that the film, made by Keith Allen – father of the pop star Lily Allen – will depict a close up of the Princess taken just after the car in which she was travelling crashed in Paris in 1997.

Mohamed Al Fayed – father of Dodi Al Fayed who was also killed in the Paris crash – will be in Cannes on Friday to launch the documentary, which is called Unlawful Killing, reports The Independent. The film features an interview with the former Harrods owner.
Pictures of Princess Diana taken after the fatal crash were shown at an inquest into her death, but her face was obscured. The Daily Mail reports that the image in Unlawful Killing will not be shown in the UK. However the trailer for the film, which is available in the UK, shows a glimpse of a photo with her face visible.
Allen’s film follows the inquest into Diana’s death, and is said to reveal the “cover up” surrounding the fatal crash.
