EARLIER THIS YEAR, the news came through that beloved Greystones pizza truck Gaillot & Gray were set to bring their award-winning wood fired pizza to Dublin’s city centre.
And now it’s happened.
They’re open on Clanbrassil Street, and serving that delicious pizza

They’re also using their oven for fresh baked bread as well
