Gwyneth Paltrow's slimming snacks? Coconut water and kale juice
ACTRESS GWYNETH PALTROW, who is probably as well known for her career as her dieting and lifestyle, has revealed her latest way of keeping the pounds at bay: coconut water and kale juice.
Showing off her svelte figure to Self magazine, the 38-year-old mother-of-two said that the best way to avoid fattening snack is to head straight for the vegetable juice.
Paltrow was a pains to remind readers that there was no magic answer to keeping slim, saying that she works out several times a week: “It’s not an accident. It’s not luck, it’s not fairy dust, it’s not good genes. It’s killing myself for an hour and a half five days a week, but what I get out of it is relative to what I put into it.”
She told the nutrition magazine about her favourite healthy snacks: “Raw almonds with raisins, or coconut water, or I’ll make a juice with kale, lemon juice, water, Vitamix and a little agave”.
