No pressure.

WHETHER IT’S DUE to the financial hardship everybody goes through in January, or the sheer fact that there’s absolutely nothing to do compared to this time four weeks ago, we are all in agreement that this has been one very long month.

We have finally just passed the halfway mark, so the end is just about in sight. Only two weeks to go until February begins, we all get paid and we can start thinking about Valentine’s Day, or more importantly, Pancake Tuesday (which is on the 5th of March this year, to save you a trip to Google).

Now that two weeks have passed, we thought it might be worth checking in to see how everybody’s getting on with those New Year’s Resolutions, because it feels like we’ve all had weeks to get the ball rolling now.

On the last day of 2018, we reached out to our followers on social media to see if they’d be taking advantage of using 2019 as a fresh start. Loads of people said they wanted to quit smoking, quit drinking, start exercising, take up new hobbies and learn to drive. Have you managed to keep off the smokes, keep out of the pubs, join a yoga class and book that theory test yet? Or did you give up on all of that by dinner time on New Year’s Day?

Have you been sticking to your New Year’s Resolutions?
